Welcome PA Farm Show!
Perry Stambaugh, Republican candidate for Pennsylvania’s 86th House District, issued the following statement as the 104th Pennsylvania Farm Show gets underway in Harrisburg. The nation’s largest indoor agricultural exposition begins today with the PA Preferred Reception this evening.
“The Pennsylvania Farm Show is a great tradition, spanning more than a century, celebrating Pennsylvania’s rich agriculture history. I look forward to seeing many friends at this year’s exposition and discussing how we can ensure the industry’s bright future.
“The show is a one-of-a-kind event that puts front and center the commonwealth’s critical agriculture industry that produces an annual economic impact of $135.7 billion within Pennsylvania, supports more than a half-billion jobs returning $27 billion in wages.
“I look forward to once again attending this year’s show. And now as a candidate for the General Assembly, I also look forward to listening to the concerns of our farm families in order to help the industry continue to prosper should I have the privilege of serving the residents of the 86th District.”
